वर्तमान में महावीर विद्यालय नरौजा में 12 अध्यापक यानी 1 प्रधानाध्यपक, 1 उप-प्रधानाध्यपक, 8 अध्यापक और दो अध्यापिका हैं। ये सभी योग्य, जानकार और सृजनात्मक अध्यापक हैं जो एक बच्चे को उसकी प्राकृतिक क्षमता और प्रतिक्रिया को दिन-प्रतिदिन परिष्कृत करने और प्रतिबिंबित करने के लिए मार्गदर्शन करते हैं। ये शिक्षक न केवल अपने शिष्य को पाठ्यक्रम पढ़ाते हैं बल्कि वे उन्हें उनके भविष्य के प्रयास के लिए पूरी जिम्मेदारी के साथ सलाह देते हैं। आवश्यकता पड़ने पर यह विद्यालय समय-समय पर उपयुक्त शिक्षकों की भर्ती भी करता है।

At present, there are 12 teachers i.e., 1 principal, 1 vice-principal, 8 male teacher and two female teachers at Mahavir Vidyalaya Narauja. All of them are well qualified, knowledgeable and creative teachers who guide a child to let her/his natural ability & response be refined & reflected in day to day basis. These teachers not only teach their pupil the curriculum but they mentor them with dedication & responsibility for their future endeavor also. This Vidyalaya also recruits suitable teachers time to time as the requirement arises.
