Admission Process
General
- Two Types of Admission are offered at Mahavir Vidyalaya Narauja.
- Regular Admission: when a kid is admitted to Pre-primary section at appropriate age.
- Lateral Admission: when a kid gets admission in any class beyond Pre- Primary section provided he/she presents his performance reports issued by last school.
- For Pre-Primary and Primary Section, Admission related all formalities will be done in presence of Parents/guardians only.
- For Upper Primary and Secondary section, admission related formalities can be done in absence of parents/guardians if student get the proper and genuine signature at appropriate place.
- First visit of the kid admitted to Pre Primary and Primary section must be with his/her parents/guardians.

Age Limit
- Though Mahavir Vidyalaya Narauja firmly believes that age should not be the barrier, by any means, in learning/education process, typical age limit for various section are fixed to let the child start formal education as soon as possible in his/her life. This age limit shall be as follows
- Pre- Primary Class: 4-6 years
- Primary Class: 5-11 years
- Middle Class: 10-14 years
- Secondary Class: 13-16 years

Required Documents
- Following Documents are needed at the time of admission:
- A certificate for age Proof.
- An ID with photograph
- Transfer certificate and performance report from last passed school for (lateral admission only)
- Recent Passport size Photograph.
- Parents/guardians or student can either download the application form from the download page; or visit the school in person to get the Admission form.
Admission Formalities
- Fill the admission form carefully, paste the passport type photograph of the student and put sign/thumb impression at appropriate location.
- Visit the school with all required documents, application form and required fees.
- Complete the formality of the admission as per the Vidyalaya’s norms and do not forget to get the admission slip from the Vidyalaya.
- Every student must bring the admission slip during first visit at Vidyalaya after admission.
