Examination & promotion

महावीर विद्यालय नरौजा सभी शैक्षणिक कार्यक्रम की वार्षिक प्रणाली का अनुसरण करता है। विभिन्न कक्षाओं के परीक्षा और प्रोन्नति के नियम अलग हैं और ये इस प्रकार हैं:

पूर्व प्राथमिक वर्ग (बालविहार)

इस वर्ग के लिए कोई औपचारिक परीक्षा और पदोन्नति नियम नहीं है।
छात्रों का दिन-प्रतिदिन अवलोकन के आधार पर निरंतर मूल्यांकन किया जाता है।
हर बच्चे के दिमाग में सीखने के माहौल के प्रति लगाव और प्यार की भावना कैसे पैदा की जाए, यह पूर्व प्राथमिक वर्ग का मुख्य उद्देश्य है।
क्या बच्चा दिन-प्रतिदिन सामाजिक, प्राकृतिक, रचनात्मक और अभिव्यंजक होने की आदत को स्वीकार करता है और सुधारता है या नहीं, यह आकलन के मापदंड हैं।
मौखिक प्रतिक्रिया में सुधार, पहचान करने की क्षमता और बच्चे की लिखने की आदत / शैली पर लगातार नजर रखी जाती है।
यदि किसी कक्षा में पढ़ाने वाले 60% शिक्षक अगली कक्षा के लिए एक बच्चे को बढ़ावा नहीं देने के पक्ष में हैं, तो छात्र को उसी कक्षा को दोहराना होगा।

प्राथमिक - माध्यमिक वर्ग (कक्षा १ से १०)

इन वर्गों के लिए परीक्षा और पदोन्नति का औपचारिक नियम है। अगली कक्षा के लिए छात्र की पदोन्नति वर्तमान शैक्षणिक वर्ष के अंत में उसके संचयी प्रदर्शन (या सकल प्राप्तांक) द्वारा तय की जाती है। सकल प्राप्तांक निम्नलिखित घटकों में विभाजित है।

कक्षा में छात्र की उपस्थिति, अनुशासन, सावधानी, प्रतिक्रिया और प्रदर्शन (सकल अंकों का 20% वेटेज)
क्लास टेस्ट में और गृह कार्य में छात्र का प्रदर्शन (सकल अंकन का 20% वेटेज)
सह-पाठयक्रम गतिविधियों जैसे भाषण और मौखिक प्रस्तुति, विज्ञान और गणित की क्विज़, निबंध लेखन, ड्राइंग / पेंटिंग और हस्तकला जैसी रचनात्मक गतिविधियों में छात्र का प्रदर्शन (सकल अंकन का 20% वेटेज)
समान अंतराल के बाद तीन परीक्षाएं (सकल अंकन का 40% वेटेज)

एक छात्र को अगले शैक्षणिक वर्ष में तभी पदोन्नत कर दिया जाता है यदि:
वह अकादमिक वर्ष भर में एक वास्तविक प्रयास करता है, परीक्षण / परीक्षा के प्रत्येक घटकों में बहुत अच्छा प्रदर्शन करता है (यानी कुल अंकों का 40% से अधिक कमाता है) और किसी भी समय खुद को अभिव्यक्त करने में सक्षम होता है यदि उन्हें ऐसा करने के लिए कभी कहा जाये।

ध्यान दें:

माध्यमिक शिक्षा के लिए दसवीं कक्षा के छात्र यूपी बोर्ड परीक्षा में बैठते हैं। इसलिए उनकी पदोन्नति ‘बोर्ड ऑफ हाई स्कूल और इंटरमीडिएट एजुकेशन उत्तर प्रदेश’ द्वारा तय की जाती है, हालांकि, हर एक छात्र को अनुशासन का पालन करना चाहिए और सभी कक्षाओं में भाग लेना चाहिए जैसा महावीर विद्यालय नरौजा उसी के बारे में दिशानिर्देश जारी करे।
किसी भी शैक्षणिक कार्यक्रम के छात्रों को न्यूनतम उपस्थिति सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए, अर्थात पदोन्नति के लिए 90%। जिस छात्र की उपस्थिति 90% से कम है, उन्हें पदोन्नति के लिए केवल तभी माना जा सकता है जब उनके पास चिकित्सा / स्वास्थ्य का मुद्दा हो।

Mahavir Vidyalaya Narauja follows annual system of all the academic program . Various standards/class have different examination and promotion rules and these are as follows:

Pre-Primary Section (LKG & UKG)

No formal Examination & Promotion rule for this section.
Students are continuously assessed on the basis of day to day observation.
How to create the sense of attachment and love towards learning environment in every kid’s mind is the prime objective of pre-primary section.
Whether a kid accepts and improve the habit to be social, natural, creative and expressive on day to day basis or not are the assessment parameters.
Improvement in oral response, recognition ability and writing habit/style of the kid are continuously monitored.
If 60% of the teachers teaching to that particular class are in a favor not to promote a kid to next class, student has to repeat the same class.

Primary to Secondary Section (Class I-IX)

There is formal set of examination & promotion rule for these sections. Student’s promotion to the next class is decided by his/her cumulative performance (or gross marking earned) at the end of current academic year. The grass marking is divided in following components.

Student’s Attendance, Discipline, Attentiveness, Response and performance throughout the class (20 % weightage of Gross Marking)
Student’s performance in class test and home work (20% weightage of Gross Marking)
Student’s performance in co-curricular activities like speech and oral presentation, science and math quizzes, essay writing, creative activities like drawing/painting & handicraft etc. (20% weightage of Gross Marking)
Three Examinations each after equal interval (40% weightage of gross marking)

A student is promoted to the next academic year only if:

He/ She makes a genuine attempt throughout the academic year, performs pretty well in each components of test/examination (i.e. earns more than 40% of aggregate marks) and able to express himself/herself any time if they are asked to do so.

Note:

Students of Class X appear in the UP board exam for secondary education. so their promotion is decided by ‘Board of High School and intermediate Education UP’, however, every one must follow the discipline and attend all the classes as MV Narauja issues guidelines regarding the same.
Students of any academic program must ensure the minimum attendance i.e., 90% for promotion. The student whose attendance is less than 90% may be considered for promotions only if they have medical/health issue.
